Seasons - Spa Services
The 12,000-square-foot (1,114-square-metre)
full-service Spa features a complete range of skin and body
treatments, scrubs, clay wraps, facials and massages, inspired
by the spirit and ingredients of the desert. It offers spacious
private spa suites (which also accommodate couples) for guests
who want to enjoy a uniquely private and luxurious experience.
These suites are equipped with a sauna and steam/shower unit,
as well as a specialty jet bath. The Spa also includes a full-service
salon. Spa services are available to guests 18 years and older.
In-Room Massage and Spa Services
Moonlight Massage: After spa hours, guests can enjoy a massage
in the privacy and comfort of their casita terrace or balcony.
Limited selection. (Available until 10:00 pm - fee applicable).

Body Treatments
Swedish Massage
A classic light to medium pressure massage using traditional
movements, such as kneading, to promote relaxation and stress
relief.
Therapeutic Massage
Combines the traditional techniques of a Swedish massage with
deep-tissue methods to affect deeper structures of the body.
Provides excellent relief for golf, tennis or fitness related
muscle soreness.
Stone Massage
For centuries, Native Americans have revered the healing energies
of stones. Using smooth, warm stones, the therapist applies
gentle pressure to bring instant relief to tense muscles and
sore joints. Stress simply melts away.
Aromatherapy
An ancient art in which pure essential oils from plants and
herbs are combined with European techniques of lymphatic drainage
and accupressure (finger pressure) to induce relaxation, increase
energy, and soothe mind and body.
Golfers Massage
Using techniques of stretching and kneading, this massage is
excellent for golf related stiffness. Warmed golf balls are
used to knead tight muscles of the body and alleviate tension.
Please wear loose fitting clothing for this massage.
Shiatsu Massage
Based on a 5,000-year-old Japanese therapy for healing, this
massage uses direct pressure along energy pathways of the body
to restore balance and harmony. Comfortable and appropriate
pressure is applied without oils and through loose clothing.
Maternity Massage
Designed to give relief to the specific needs of the mother-to-be.
This massage aids comfort and relaxation during this exciting
time of change. This massage is offered for women in their second
or third trimester of pregnancy.
Reflexology
This unique foot massage uses techniques of pressure, rubbing,
and pulling to re-establish energy flow while promoting relaxation
and stress relief.
Hydrotherapy Massage
This massage combines both the powerful and gentle elements
of water to stimulate circulation and ease sore muscles and
joints. More than one hundred powerful jets massage the body,
while your therapist assists with underwater compression massage
techniques. Swimsuit required.

Bindi
Following a healing Ayurvedic massage with warm herbal oil,
your body is cocooned in a luxuriously warm wrap of curative
Indian herbs. This fragrant, exfoliating and full-body mask
envelops you in a delightful sensation of rebalance.
Shirodhara
Experience true relaxation as a stream of warm herbal oil flows
over your forehead – the third eye – quieting your
mind and soothing your senses. Herbs–infused oil is then
massaged into your hair and scalp and followed by an application
of Ayurvedic herbs to nourish and condition. This calming and
nurturing treatment culminates in special treatment for your
feet and hands.
Ayurvedic Rebalancing Ritual
Combining the benefits of Shirodhara and Bindi therapies, this
treatment is one to behold! Experience 110 minutes of sheer
therapeutic bliss as you are taken through a series of ancient

Revitalising Vitamin Repair
"Free Radical" molecules aggressively attack skin
causing slackening and wrinkle formation. Vitamin-rich ingredients
maintain optimum skin condition resulting in a freshly toned

Aromatherapy Facial

Ionic Resuscitation
This amazing new deep-conditioning treatment will give you the
healthiest, silkiest hair possible. (60 minutes)
Sedona Clay Pack
The natural minerals found in Sedona clay will add strength,
health and shine to your hair and scalp. (45 minutes)
Clarifying Mineral Mask
This mask will remove chemical build-up from overworked hair
and restore it to a natural, healthy state. This is a wonderful
treatment to counteract the greening effect of chlorine. (45
minutes)
"I Love the Massage"
Warm, scented essential oils massaged into the scalp and neck
will drain away tension, promoting a healthy scalp and stimulating
hair growth. (45 minutes)
Glossing
Glossing is especially good for chemically treated hair. This
treatment locks in colour, boosts shine and promotes the hair's
overall strength. (45 minutes)
Humidifying Keratin Protein
Restores moisture balance, elasticity and natural shine by infusing
the hair with a concentration of protein. (45 minutes)
A moisturising lavender hand treatment will be applied during

Hands are soaked in a softening bath, nails are shaped, cuticles
are pushed, the hands and arms are massaged and polish is applied.

Aroma-infused cocoa butter and heated mittens soothe the soul
and soften the hands. (45 minutes)
Paraffin Manicure
Warm peach paraffin relaxes aching muscles and nourishes dry
skin. (45 minutes)
Rejuvenating Manicure
Sea salts and hemp seed oil exfoliate and rehydrate the hands
and cuticles. (45 minutes)
Hot Stone Manicure
Warm, smooth stones deeply massage overworked muscles. The perfect

Pedicures
Classic Pedicure
Feet are soaked in a mineral bath, toenails are shaped, feet
are given a sugar scrub, calluses are filed, the feet and legs
are massaged and polish is applied. (45 minutes)
Aromatherapy Pedicure
A cream blended with choice of essential oils will hydrate and
relax the feet under heated booties. (60 minutes)
Paraffin Pedicure
Feet are wrapped in warm peach paraffin to restore their natural
moisture balance. (60 minutes)
Verbena Lemon Peel Pedicure
A lemon peel enzyme mask gently reduces dead skin and callouses,
leaving the feet smooth and nourished. (60 minutes) Add a Paraffin
Plunge for the ultimate in spa pedicures. (75 minutes)
Hot Stone Pedicure
Hand-harvested basalt stones release their heat to smooth away
muscle aches and pains. (60 minutes)
Gentlemen's Pedicure
