PAYMENT POLICIES
Hotels & Resorts Payment Policy
Scottsdale
Luxury Suites has partnered with many of Phoenix & Scottsdale's
finest hotels and resorts to offer significant savings to you.
Rooms available for each hotel are limited, so we do require
full payment at the time of booking to reserve your hotel or
resort of choice.
- All reservations are pre-paid and guaranteed for late
arrivals.
- Total charges include room charges and taxes.
- Rates are subject to change until a signed copy of the
confirmation is returned to Scottsdale
Luxury Suites. (Telecopied signatures are valid)
- Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, room
service, or surcharges will be handled directly between
guests and the property.
- You must present photo ID at check-in.
- All rooms are non-smoking, unless specified as a smoking
room.
- Please do not call the property directly to confirm your
booking, as they will not have our discounted rates in their
reservation system.
- All changes and in-house extensions to existing reservations
must be
coordinated through Scottsdale
Luxury Suites by calling (888) 990-1326 or
(480) 419-6975.
- We accept the following credit cards for full payment
of your reservation: Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
& Discover
Vacation Rental, Temporary Housing, Corporate Housing, &
Extended Stay
Payment Policy

Luxury Suites has partnered with many of Phoenix and Scottsdale's
finest extended stay properties, apartment communities, corporate
housing providers, and privately owned properties to offer assistance
in placing our guests in extended stay rentals. Availability
is limited, so we do require full payment of first and last
months rent at the time of booking to reserve your extended
stay property.
- All reservations are pre-paid and guaranteed for late
arrivals
- Total charges include rental rates and tax as well as
any additional deposits as listed on the rental agreement.
- Rates are subject to change until a signed copy of the
lease has been returned to Scottsdale
Luxury Suites. (Telecopied signatures are valid)
- All accommodations are Non-Smoking.
- All changes and in-house extensions to existing reservations
must be
coordinated through Scottsdale
Luxury Suites by calling (888) 990-1326 or
(480) 419-6975.
- We accept the following credit cards for payment as well
as a personal check with a valid drivers license: Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, & Discover
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Hotels & Resorts Cancellation Policy
Scottsdale
Luxury Suites must have full payment and a valid credit
card on file for all reservations. Reservations are refundable
up to 14 days prior to arrival date less a one room night and
tax cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled in side of 14 days
are NON-REFUNDABLE (The Boulders Resort & Golden Door Spa
has a 21-day cancellation period) Any changes to a reservation
must be made within these time frames and are subject to availability.
Additional policies include:
- Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to (480)
419-7059.
- No Shows are subject to full payment penalty.
- There are no refunds for early departure.
- Cancellations 14 days prior to arrival date are subject
to a one room night and tax cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made inside of 14 days prior to the arrivale
date are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- In the event that the original property becomes unavailable,

Luxury Suites may provide the guest with an equivalent
accommodation at an alternate location.
- If elected, Scottsdale
Luxury Suites may collect fees and additional room charges
for extensions, any missing or damaged property from the
guests issuing credit card.

Vacation Rental, Temporary Housing, Corporate Housing, &
Extended Stay
Cancellation Policy
Scottsdale
Luxury Suites must have full payment of first and last months
rent for all extended stay rentals at the time of booking. Leases
are refundable up until 30 days prior to arrival date and are
subject to a one room night and tax cancellation fee. Additional
policies include:
- Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to
(480) 419-7059.
- No Shows, without prior written cancellation, are subject
to full payment penalty.
- There are no refunds for early departure.
- Cancellations are subject to a one room night and tax
cancellation fee.
- Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
- In the event that the original property becomes unavailable,

Luxury Suites may provide the guest with an equivalent
accommodation at an alternate location.
- If elected, Scottsdale Luxury Suites may collect fees
and additional charges for any missing or damaged property
from the guests issuing credit card on file.

set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision
will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision
that most closely matches the intent of the original provision
and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the
User and Scottsdale
Luxury Suites with respect to this Website and it supersedes
all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether
electronic, oral or written, between the User and Scottsdale
Luxury Suites with respect to this Website.
A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given
in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or administrative
proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the
same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business
documents and records originally generated and maintained in
printed form.
